Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company product lines, technology, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Manage day-to-day operations of inventory programs, including setup, maintenance, fulfillment, and onboarding
- Travel to different client sites and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Conduct business development activities, including researching and identifying prospective customers
- Account management experience required
- Experience in working in the manufacturing/distribution industry
- Willingness to travel to client sites using company truck 3-4 times a week
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and team-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
