Our Frederick store is growing - and we're looking for one more great person.

If you naturally remember customers' names, make people feel genuinely taken care of, and enjoy helping someone find exactly what they're looking for - we'd love to meet you.

Work directly with clients to identify jewelry preferences and assist with counter sales, build lasting relationships through follow-up and clienteling, and support day-to-day store operations. No jewelry experience required - we'll train you. What we can't teach is genuine care for people.

• You have at least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience
• People describe you as warm, attentive, and easy to talk to
• You're organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

• Base pay + commission
• Paid, hands-on training
• Path to GIA certification
• A close-knit, supportive team
