This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Frederick, MD financial center at 5211 Presidents Court. As a Relationship Banker, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by handling every customer need from service to sales, ensuring a one‑stop experience for account opening, lending, partner sales referrals, maintenance, and transaction processing.

You will deepen relationships and become a trusted advisor, actively promote a variety of banking solutions, and meet sales expectations to drive the success of the financial center.

• Drive proactive sales conversations by engaging in outbound campaign calls, handling inbound contact‑center inquiries through Fulton Banks distributed work model, scheduling appointments, and engaging customers in the lobby and during transaction processing. Use digital tools to showcase digital solutions, identify sales opportunities, and convert them into tangible outcomes.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system and other resources to foster relationship‑building conversations, ensuring a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
• May serve as a Notary Public for the financial center.

This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Employees are accountable for reading, understanding, and acting on compliance programs, regulations, and policies, ensuring all compliance training is completed, and identifying and escalating compliance risks.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 2 or more years of customer service or sales experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Pro‑active and result oriented.
• Highly collaborative with Fulton partners and financial center team members.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to have needs‑based conversations.

The hourly rate for this position is $20.43 - $32.31.

Additional compensation may include a short‑term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
