About the OpportunityTiello has partnered with an industry-leading manufacturer in the commercial roofing and building envelope space to hire an Architectural Sales Representative
. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company experiencing significant growth, investing heavily in innovation, and committed to developing its employees.
This position is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working with architects, consultants, contractors, and owners to drive product specifications on commercial projects.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, building owners, and key industry influencers.
- Generate product specifications through presentations, lunch-and-learns, and educational seminars.
- Partner closely with Territory Sales Managers to convert specifications into awarded projects.
- Provide technical support and product expertise throughout the design and bidding process.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Track project activity and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitive solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in architectural sales, commercial roofing, building envelope, waterproofing, insulation, or related construction products.
- Experience calling on architects, consultants, engineering firms, or design professionals.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to explain roofing and building envelope systems.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience delivering AIA/CEU presentations is required.
