Outside Sales Representative- New Construction

Responsible for driving sales by establishing and nurturing relationships with plumbing and mechanical contractors. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling the company's pumping equipment and related controllers, ensuring the company is the go-to provider for pump bid opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Nurturing relationships with key accounts
• Execute established annual sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct daily sales calls, generate quotes to prospective customers
• Participate and engage actively in daily huddles, monthly virtual/live meetings, and activity reviews.
• Become proficient with our customer relationship management (CRM) system, and ensure accurate maintenance of customer base data.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams outside of the sales department, with a particular focus on the sales support team in estimating and project management.
• Effectively demonstrate product line
• Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude or a keen interest in mechanical systems
• Experience calling on contractors, ideally plumbing or mechanical
• Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
• Experience in managing and nurturing long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and continuous engagement.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
