Technical Sales Representative

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 base + uncapped commission | OTE: $110+

Own a high-impact territory selling HP Site Print-robotic layout that cuts labor, compresses schedules, and reduces rework for self-performing GCs and AEC teams. You’ll build pipeline from the ground up, run ROI-driven deals, and close multi-stakeholder cycles.

• Hit and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets; manage full funnel in CRM (D365).
• Prospect and develop new business across DC/MD/VA/PA/NJ/DE.
• Lead discovery tied to labor reduction, schedule compression, and accuracy.
• Deliver persuasive demos (Teams + jobsite) and build compelling business cases.
• Partner with leadership on strategy, pricing, and enterprise proposals.

• Quota-carrying B2B wins in construction tech/automation/capital equipment.
• Strong demo presence; disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene.
• Region travel (valid driver’s license).
