SALES MANAGER Fiji Wireless Frederick LLC seeks a full-time Sales Manager to work at 1275 W. Patrick St., Suite C6, Frederick, MD 21702.
Duties- Supervise retail sales employees
- Monitor sales performance
- Provide training and coaching
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Coordinate employee schedules
- Oversee inventory
- Analyze sales reports
- Report to ownership
- Travel between Frederick and Hagerstown retail stores as operationally necessary
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related field, plus two (2) years of retail or retail sales experience.
