• 3-5 years of sales experience
• Clean driver's license
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Professional and organized work style

Technical sales experience, HVAC sales experience, or experience working within a related industry is strongly preferred.

This is a full‑time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Service appointments take place throughout Frederick County, Montgomery County, and Washington, D.C.

Each day, you'll meet with prospective customers to understand their HVAC needs, evaluate their concerns, and provide customized solutions that improve their home comfort and efficiency. You'll guide homeowners through available options, explain product features and benefits clearly and professionally, and help them feel confident in their decisions. You'll also build long‑term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals, maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow‑up activities, and continually expand your industry knowledge to stay informed about emerging products, technologies, and trends that benefit your customers.

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
