Residential HVAC Sales Specialist

You'll visit residential customers, evaluate comfort needs, and present system options, pricing, and financing to close sales. Partnering closely with operations, you'll ensure accurate installs and satisfied customers. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home evaluations of residential HVAC systems and comfort needs
• Present tailored HVAC replacement and upgrade options to homeowners
• Generate proposals, quote pricing, and close sales to meet targets
• Educate customers on system features, efficiency, and financing options
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure accurate job handoff
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and closed sales
• Follow company safety and ethical sales practices at all times
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and codes
