Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of our beautifully designed model homes.
• Assist with lead management by utilizing our CRM and follow-up system.
• Set and schedule appointments for the Community Sales Manager.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Utilize Docu Sign for document processing and Zoom for virtual meetings as needed.

• Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn CRM software,
  Docu Sign
  , and Zoom
  .
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus but not required.
