Cryptologic Cyber Planner
Job Overview
:
Develop, coordinate, and integrate cyber planning, mitigation strategies, tactics, and operations for organizational needs. Planners must address how to leverage existing processes, analytic techniques, proprietary tools, and technologies to create and implement operational campaigns.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph required
- A high school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 10 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience, or a master's degree plus 6 years of experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 4 years of experience.
- Degree in Cyber Security, Information Assurance or related field is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
- Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to an NSA mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD, and include strategic and/or operational level planning (e.g., joint operations).
- External engagement/collaboration experience (e.g., participation in cross-Agency working groups, JDA, field assignments, and external customer support) is preferred.
- Analyze emerging operational and functional requirements to support the formulation.
- Develop and assess doctrine, strategy, plans, concepts of operations, and tactics, techniques, and procedures.
- Conduct technical analyses and provide assessment reports for the integration of cyber requirements, capabilities and training.
- Perform assessments of cyber war fighting capability and the utility of new and emerging technologies.
- Institute and document formal planning processes to analyze assigned missions for capability gaps in cyberspace operations capabilities and recommend solutions.
- Provide special intelligence program analysis, crisis action operational planning and training support to special technical operations.

As required by local law, Applied Network Solutions, Inc. provides reasonable salary ranges of compensation for work performed in applicable states. Ranges are not a guarantee of compensation and depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to contractual requirements, work location, years of experience, skill set, and education. Overtime is not guaranteed for this position.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $100,000 - $165,000 USD.
