Maritime Intelligence Analyst and Watch Stander

Overview

Tasking and responsibilities for an intelligence analyst role, focusing on data collection, analysis, and reporting related to maritime assets and related infrastructure. Subject to required clearances and shift expectations.

• Collects, analyzes, interprets, evaluates and integrates complex data from multiple sources in assessing relevance and significance of developments in assigned areas, and prepares new or revising prior intelligence products.
• Maintains databases for intelligence assignments required to process all-source material and the production of technical or operational intelligence in assigned areas.
• Uses initiative to deviate from traditional methods or research trends and patterns to propose new methods, criteria, or policies.
• With minimal guidance, conducts tracking, analysis and reporting on the location and operations of various maritime assets.
• Maintains tactical awareness of various maritime assets.

• Current TS/SCI clearance required (with current CI Poly desired).
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of intelligence analysis experience or Master’s Degree with 2 years of intelligence analysis experience. Specialized training & 8+ years intelligence analysis experience is also acceptable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in interacting with customers, colleagues and other technical staff in a courteous and friendly manner, and a positive goal-oriented attitude in the workplace.
• Demonstrated ability to present information clearly and concisely in both written and oral presentation.
• Experience with Geographical Information Systems (ESRI ArcGIS preferred).
• Background in foreign maritime analysis or critical infrastructure protection.
• Familiarity with GALE analytical tools.
• Position requires 12+ hour shift rotations including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range: $73,450.00 - $. This range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Details depend on responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data.
