Cyber Software Engineer - System Automation

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• 2 years or more of professional experience; or no years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree
• An active Top Secret clearance with polygraph with a CI poly within the last 7 years

Here, you’ll work with cybersecurity experts on the forefront of threat protection and proactive prevention. In this fast‑paced, real‑world environment, you’ll draw on all your education and experience as well as the resources of Lockheed Martin to keep the threats at bay.

• Modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices‑based architecture and cutting‑edge technologies
• Establishing a test framework and automated tests utilizing Playwright, Cucumber and Cypress
• Being knowledgeable in microservices design & architecture, CI/CD, test frameworks and automation, Agile Methodology
• Executing load and performance testing, chaos testing, functional testing and end‑to‑end testing
• Agile development and delivery of software
• Professional communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders to support software development

• Playwright, Cucumber/Gherkin, JMeter, Swagger or similar API tool, Selenium, Cypress, 508 testing (JAWS or NVDA)
• Programming languages:
  Java, JavaScript, Python, Ansible
• Other: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD
