The Sheet Metal Welder fabricates, assembles, and welds sheet metal components for commercial and industrial projects. This role ensures all work meets quality, safety, and project specifications.

• Perform welding and fabrication on sheet metal using MIG, TIG, and other welding processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal components accurately
• Assemble components and ensure proper fit and alignment
• Inspect welds and finished work for quality and compliance
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly

• Proven experience in sheet metal welding
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or other welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
