Learn and develop, at a minimum, all safety requirements, required mechanical, troubleshooting, communication and behavioral skillsets to function efficiently at minimum required qualified mechanic standards.;
Successful completion of required coursework to develop required Maintenance skillsets;
Learn to perform preventive maintenance on bakery equipment.;
Assist in inspection and upkeep of machinery and equipment.;
Learn to repair/replace components on motors, pumps, mixers, conveyor lines, ovens, coolers, etc.
