Journeyman Electrician

Overview

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a skilled Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician to support a leading engineering and systems integration organization serving federal and commercial clients.

• Plan, organize, and schedule crews to complete assigned work orders.
• Ensure crews meet daily productivity benchmarks and submit daily hour/unit reports.
• Perform quality control inspections following established QC plans and checklists.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings and update weekly.
• Ensure all work areas are cleaned and left in broom-swept condition daily.

• 6+ years of experience in the electrical industry
• Ability to ensure installation meets or exceeds codes, contractual obligations, best practices, and Corporate Quality Policy.
• Experience implementing Project Quality Plans and participating in QA/QC processes, including inspections and discrepancy resolution.
• Strong understanding of quality documentation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Previous experience working as a Foreman/Lead managing large teams
• Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment management.
• Ability to read and interpret contract drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.

• Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 depending on experience.
