Job Overview

Frederick County's top‑rated handyman and repair company is looking for highly motivated, multi‑skilled craftsmen.

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. No weekend work.

$25.00 – $35.00 per hour. Competitive wages with performance bonuses.

• Proper tool knowledge – understand which tools are needed for each task.

• Excellent communication with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Presentability – clean‑cut appearance, decent‑looking vehicle, organized tools.
• Independent thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and a desire to enjoy variety.

• Assess properties and communicate potential repairs to customers.
• Earn customer confidence and inquire about additional work.
• Fix small items and educate customers on further needed work.
