Office in Frederick, MD

• Assemble electro‑mechanical subassemblies and wire harnesses
• Place through‑hole and surface‑mount components on printed circuit boards (PCBs)
• Perform soldering and mechanical terminations using industry‑standard tools
• Install mechanical connections including screws, bolts, connectors, and plugs
• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in every build
• Contribute ideas to improve assembly processes and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of electronics and electro‑mechanical systems
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment
• Ability to read diagrams, schematics, and use hand/power tools
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs
• IPC‑A‑610 Certification (CIS) is a plus – or willingness to obtain it
