LocationOffice in Frederick, MD
Responsibilities- Assemble electro‑mechanical subassemblies and wire harnesses
- Place through‑hole and surface‑mount components on printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Perform soldering and mechanical terminations using industry‑standard tools
- Install mechanical connections including screws, bolts, connectors, and plugs
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in every build
- Contribute ideas to improve assembly processes and procedures

- Level I starts at $21–$24
- Level II starts at $25–$28
- Level III starts at $29
- Lead Tech starts at $31
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of electronics and electro‑mechanical systems
- Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment
- Ability to read diagrams, schematics, and use hand/power tools
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs
- IPC‑A‑610 Certification (CIS) is a plus – or willingness to obtain it
