Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Journeyman Plumber, providing exceptional mechanical services throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan area. We pride ourselves on our commitment to achieving the goals set by our clients, whether through new construction, renovation, or maintenance of HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial and high-rise residential buildings.### Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Project Managers and staff to ensure timely delivery of manpower and materials.
* Foster teamwork and morale among mechanics, helpers, and other foremen.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships as required by the job.
* Ensure a safe work environment.
* Provide daily direction and training to apprentices.

Essential Skills
* 5-10 years of experience in commercial plumbing and construction.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to read, understand, and work from drawings, specifications, and schematics.
* Understanding of written and verbal instructions.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications
* Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems is a plus.
* Reliability, dependability, and flexibility.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Upper Marlboro, MD.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
