We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems in residential homes. The ideal candidate is experienced, customer-focused, and takes pride in delivering top-level service.

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, gas furnaces, AC systems, mini splits, dual fuel systems)
• Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues
• Communicate findings clearly with customers and offer repair/replacement options
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with heat pumps and gas furnaces required
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
