As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various HVAC systems and equipment. You will work both independently and as part of a team to provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Your expertise in HVAC systems will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
• Install new HVAC systems and equipment in residential and commercial settings.
• Educate customers on proper system usage, maintenance, and energy‑saving practices.
• Respond promptly to service calls and ensure timely completion of all service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of all service work, including parts used and time spent on each job.
• Collaborate with team members to provide technical support and share knowledge.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on the job site.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in HVAC preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
• Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses as required by the state.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems and components.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
