• Perform commercial electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Mentor and train apprentices while supporting crew productivity and development
• Track materials, tools, and job site resources as needed
• Promote a safe work environment and represent the company professionally on all job sites

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license and 5+ years of commercial, industrial, and/or service electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Experience in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems
• Proficiency with electrical tools, testing equipment, and job site technology
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (company vehicle eligibility as applicable)
• Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working in various environmental conditions

Compensation ranges may vary based on individual experience. Final offers may differ from the posted range depending on a candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and the specific role offered.

Compensation Range: $30 USD - $40 USD
