Thisrolerequiresstrongtechnicalability,excellentcommunicationskills,andacommitmenttodeliveringhigh‑quality work.

Ourtechniciansplayakeyroleinidentifyingsystemimprovementsandupholdingthestandardsthatdefineourcompany.

• InspectHVACsystemsandcomponents—includingACunits,exhaustfans,andventilationsystems—toassesscondition,identifyrepairs,andrecommendpreventivemaintenance.
• Installnewheating,cooling,andventilationsystemsincommercialbuildings.
• DiagnoseandrepairmalfunctionsinawiderangeofHVACequipment.
• Ensureallsystemsandprocedurescomplywithapplicablecodes,regulations,andindustrystandards.
• Evaluateelectricalwiring,thermostats,anddistributionsystemsforissues.
• Performemergencyrepairsefficientlyandprofessionally.
• Deliverexcellentcustomerserviceandmaintainstrongclientrelationships.
• Documentallserviceandinstallationactivitiesthroughdetailedforms,reports,andlogs.
• Manageinventorybyorderingandmaintainingnecessaryequipmentandsupplies.
• Communicateeffectivelywithcustomers,team members,and supervisors.

• Provendependabilityandsupportforcompanypolicies;demonstratedleadershipqualities.
• MinimumofoneyearofexperiencewithHVACandplumbingsystems.
• Proficiencywithtoolssuchasblowtorches,saws,pipebenders,andweldingtorches.
• Abilitytoreadandinterpretschematics,architecturaldrawings,andmechanicalplans.
• Familiaritywithplumbing,HVAC,andprocesssystemterminology.
• Strongattentiontodetailandabilitytofollowinstructions,plans,andsupervisordirection.
• Excellent organizational,analytical,and problem‑solving skills;abletomanagemultipletasksunderdeadlines.
• Self‑motivatedteamplayerwithstrongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
• Valid driver’slicensewithacleandrivingrecord.
