• Waking early to start the day.

• Arriving at the shop early to prepare your team.
• Meeting with the Installation Manager to review completed work and plan upcoming installs.
• Arriving on time at the customer home and delivering 6‑star service.
• Receiving real‑time coaching/support.
• Ensuring parts/materials are delivered for your work.
• Collecting payment from the customer.
• Heading to the warehouse with team to prepare for the next day.

All residential HVAC, all day long. Gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil‑boilers, geo‑thermal, IAQ – install, maintenance, service, and more. We serve as the leading provider of comprehensive HVAC solutions, delivering care and choices to homeowners.

• Learn and implement the One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices.
• Accurately diagnose problems of clients HVAC systems.
• Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work.
• Properly perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio.
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control.
• Always maintain a neat work area and inspect it for cleanliness after each job.
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it remains clean inside and outside.

The Lead Installation Technician is responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories. Oversees the work of Assistant Installation Technician to ensure work is performed correctly, communicates with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
