Electrical Foreman - Frederick, MD

• 3+ years of electrical trade supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors and managing field personnel.
• Complete knowledge of electrical drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.

• Point of contact for general contractor’s field superintendent.
• Manage and train all electrical jobsite field personnel.
• Perform electrical tasks: reading and interpreting construction electrical drawings, terminating cables, installing and troubleshooting control wiring from drawings.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment.
• Provide and establish a safe workplace for all employees onsite.
• Complete field execution of the construction and performance of the electrical contract work.
• Track jobsite materials and tools.
• Schedule and conduct all jobsite inspections, testing, and owner training.
• Promote company reputation and maintain a positive attitude to provide the best service to clients.
