Full‑Time HVAC Installation Technician
Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is looking to hire an experienced full‑time HVAC Installation Technician to engage with customers and provide exceptional customer service. The role includes installing and replacing HVAC systems, ductwork, and wiring. The typical schedule is Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm with one weekend on call each month. Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary of $50,000‑$90,000/year plus benefits. We pay 50% of health insurance, 2% healthcare match, 2 weeks of paid vacation initially (up to 4 weeks as you grow), 401k with match, paid holidays, and quarterly company events

- Maryland HVAC license
- 3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug testing
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems
