Role 1:Deliver Installations to Company Craftsmanship Standards
Outcome: Projects are installed accurately and professionally according to company specifications and finish standards.
Accountable For:
- Installing cabinetry, trim, and related components according to installation plans
- Ensuring installations are level, aligned, and securely fastened
- Maintaining finish carpentry craftsmanship standards
Measured By:
- Job go-backs related to craftsmanship (Goal:
0) - Installation quality inspections
- Customer complaints related to installation quality
Maintain Installation Productivity
Outcome: Installations are completed efficiently so projects remain on schedule while maintaining craftsmanship quality.
Accountable For:
- Completing installations within expected production time frames
- Maintaining an organized workflow and jobsite efficiency
Communicating job progress and obstacles to supervisors
Measured By:
- Install productivity (Avg >= 5 openings per day)
- Project completion timelines
- Installation schedule adherence
Deliver Professional Customer Experience
Outcome: Customers experience a respectful, professional installation process that reinforces confidence in the company.
Accountable For:
- Arriving on time and prepared for installations
- Maintaining professional conduct in customer homes
- Leaving job sites clean and organized

Ensure Installation Quality & Resolve Issues
Outcome: Installation issues and service items are resolved quickly to protect product performance and customer satisfaction.

- Diagnosing installation issues discovered during installation or service visits
- Completing adjustments, repairs, or corrections required to meet craftsmanship standards
- Documenting installation issues and communicating problems that impact future installs

- Service resolution success rate
- Repeat service visits
- Service completion time
Maintain Safety & Jobsite Readiness
Outcome: Installations are performed safely with properly maintained tools and organized job sites.
Accountable For:
- Following company safety procedures
- Maintaining installation tools and equipment
- Handling materials properly to prevent damage
Measured By:
- Safety compliance incidents
- Tool readiness and condition
- Material damage incidents
- Proven experience in cabinetry installation, finish carpentry, or similar field work
- Strong understanding of installation techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and execute installation plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining craftsmanship standards
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Experience in the kitchen remodeling or home improvement industry
- Experience working in customer‑occupied homes
- Familiarity with punch‑out work, service calls, or adjustments
