• Arrive promptly at job sites, maintaining a professional appearance.
• Perform residential plumbing tasks such as water heater installation, water conditioning, drain clearing, piping, pumps, diagnosis, and repairs.
• Present installation and repair options to customers and collect payment.
• Document work details on company provided devices.
• Cooperate with the support team for parts and mandatory coaching.

• Hands‑on experience in residential plumbing, including water heaters, water conditioning, pumps, drains, piping, and troubleshoot.
• Good communication skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Comfortable executing sales and handling payment collection.
• Table-skills, not afraid of the word “NO” when it relates to advancing career and income.

• Base salary range: $76,000.00–$ per year.
• $100,000+ earnings opportunity.
