Position SummaryThis position performs a variety of complex tasks related to the design, procurement, preparation, installation, maintenance, operation, and high‑level operational support of audio‑visual (AV) equipment and related computer hardware and software used across the College. As a member of the Audio‑Visual Technologies team, the Senior Audio‑Visual Support Technician works with the College community and other stakeholders to troubleshoot, analyze, diagnose, and engage technical resources to resolve issues and to provide guidance to other team members.
The Senior Audio‑Visual Support Technician supports and/or manages AV projects as assigned and may be requested to participate in meetings or discussions on behalf of the Director of Audio‑Visual Technologies & IT Project Management. Ability to use varying styles and techniques that reflect an understanding of culture in a diverse, multicultural workplace.
$81,300.10 - $98,000 annually
