Installation Technician

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Installation Technicians to join our team in Frederick, Maryland. This position specializes in lightning protection field installations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of nationally recognized standards governing the lightning protection industry, proficiency in reading blueprints and installation drawings, and hands-on field installation experience.

• Set up job sites efficiently and safely.
• Break down job sites upon completion.
• Install lightning protection systems following industry standards.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively.
• Move and manage materials on site.

• Concrete, electrical, and formwork skills.
• Must have a clean record and a valid driver's license.
• 2+ years of experience in concrete (formwork), roofing, siding, or electrical work.

• Additional construction experience is a plus.

Work will primarily be outdoors on flat roofs, so comfort with heights is necessary. The position involves exposure to various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frederick, MD.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
