Restoration & Repair Technician / Cabinet Painter

Miracle Method Surface Refinishing is hiring Restoration & Repair Technicians for surface refinishing, cabinet painting, and cabinet refacing work in both residential and commercial settings. This is a full-time skilled trade position offering paid training, weekly pay, and weekly performance bonuses. Experience is preferred but not required—motivated candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job responsibilities include surface refinishing of bathtubs, showers, tile, countertops, and bathroom surfaces; kitchen cabinet painting, cabinet refinishing, and cabinet refacing; spray painting and coating application using professional equipment; surface preparation including masking, sanding, cleaning, patching, and repairs; residential and commercial restoration and repair work; and maintaining Miracle Method quality standards, tools, equipment, and company vehicles.

The schedule, travel, and work environment include full-time, Monday–Friday (1st shift), flexibility for occasional weekends and overtime, optional travel opportunities available for select commercial projects, indoor, hands-on trade work.

Qualifications include experience preferred in cabinet painting or cabinet refinishing, surface refinishing, spray painting or coatings, construction, maintenance, or auto body; willingness to learn and follow proven systems; strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship; reliability, punctuality, and professionalism; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work; valid driver's license and clean driving record; and willingness to travel is a plus but not required.
