Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leader in facility management services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities across the Frederick, MD area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Frederick, MD area - 25 locations

Pay Range: $33-34 per hour

• Perform maintenance, monitoring repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for various facilities.
• Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper functioning of all systems.
• Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and contracted maintenance.
• Inspect, calibrate, and replace parts to optimize HVAC system performance.
• Record readings, make adjustments, and ensure all equipment operates within standards.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• HVAC troubleshooting skills, basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
