The Role

As an Active Service Technician, you will be the face of the brand in the field. You will install, maintain, and repair commercial cooking equipment at customer sites across your assigned region. You will also mentor and supervise authorized service agents, deliver hands-on technical training, and serve as a trusted resource for customers, sales teams, and internal staff.

This is not a job where you punch in, fix something, and disappear. This company expects you to lead by example, communicate with clarity, build relationships, and grow.

What You Will Do

Install, service, and repair commercial cooking equipment to the highest quality standards. Supervise and support authorized service technician partners. Train service agents in the field. Collaborate with sales on key account technical needs. Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity. Maintain assets, uphold 5S standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Associate's degree in a related field (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) or equivalent hands-on experience
• 2+ years of relevant service technician experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
• A process-driven mindset with a genuine sense of urgency
• Willingness to travel within your assigned region
• Ability to lift up to 194 lbs
