Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. The ideal candidate provides quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and follows all safety and code requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose problems with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, thermostats, and ventilation equipment.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and system tune-ups.
  • Test electrical components, refrigerant levels, airflow, and system performance.
  • Recommend appropriate repairs or equipment replacements.
  • Explain system issues and service options clearly to customers.
  • Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, manuals, and technical specifications.
  • Complete service records, work orders, and material documentation.
  • Follow applicable building codes, environmental regulations, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, inventory, and the assigned service vehicle.
  • Participate in an on-call or emergency-service schedule when required.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • EPA Section 608 certification required or preferred.
  • Applicable HVAC or journeyman license preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Professional communication and customer-service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or emergency calls.
