Plumber

Facility Services Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Plumber to support operations and maintenance at government and military facilities. This role installs, repairs, and maintains water, sewer, and drainage systems; troubleshoots leaks, clogs, and backflow issues; and performs preventive maintenance on plumbing fixtures and equipment. The Plumber interprets blueprints and technical drawings, follows strict safety and compliance standards, and maintains accurate service records.

Working in a professional, mission-driven team, you will support critical facility operations, respond to service calls, and help ensure reliable building systems nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain piping, fixtures, and plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve leaks, clogs, and drainage issues
• Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing equipment and fixtures
• Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and government facility standards
• Respond to work orders and emergency service calls in a timely manner
• Inspect plumbing systems and document findings and repairs
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and facility staff on projects
• Maintain tools, parts, and inventory in a clean and organized manner
• Complete accurate service reports and maintenance records
