What You Bring to the Table:- High School diploma or GED (preferred)
- Experience with construction equipment (a plus)
- Willingness to learn welding and advance in the trade
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety protocols
- Respectful, can-do attitude
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a bonus!
