This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 7 AM-4 PM
, with on-call rotation
, overtime availability
, and direct dispatch from home, no reporting to a central office.

As our Experienced Plumbing and HVAC Service Technician
, you'll dispatch directly to service calls, where you'll diagnose and repair residential HVAC and plumbing systems. You'll communicate clear solutions to homeowners, document work accurately in Service Titan, recommend proactive improvements when appropriate, and maintain a clean, professional job site, finishing each call knowing the system, the customer, and the work were handled correctly.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to diagnose and repair residential systems independently
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• EPA Certification

At least 3 years of residential service experience, familiarity with Service Titan, strong customer communication and presentation skills, and confident independent diagnostics are preferred.
