Michael and Son Services is looking for experienced Residential Service HVAC Technicians who take pride in their work and want to build a long-term career with one of the Mid-Atlantic's most trusted home service companies. What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment, including air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and other residential HVAC equipment
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service
- Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options
- Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of residential HVAC service experience
- Journeyman or Master HVAC license is a plus
- EPA 608 certification is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
