Homewood Living Frederick is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to repair and maintain machinery, equipment, and building systems. The role includes electrical, HVAC, boiler and plumbing tasks, with on-call rotations and the ability to work outdoors in variable weather.
As a full-time team member, you will respond to resident and staff maintenance requests, follow safety procedures, and help keep facilities in good repair while upholding company standards and confidentiality.
