Services Navigator For Youth (Ages 16–24)

Non-exempt (compensatory and/or overtime eligible); full-time; 40 hours worked;
Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.

-5:00 p.m.; full benefits; grant funded

The Services Navigator for Youth (Ages 16–24) supports RAP Program participants by helping young adults access services, develop goals, build life and career readiness skills, and successfully navigate community resources. The Navigator provides individualized guidance, facilitates connections to education and employment pathways, coordinates outreach, manages caseloads, oversee waitlist processes, and contributes to data collection and program improvement. Supervision is received from the Human Services Manager.

• Advocate for young adults' needs by providing guidance, informal counseling, and referrals to appropriate community agencies and supports
• Manage a caseload of youth ages 16–24, ensuring they are connected with RAP services, community programs, and employment/education pathways
• Provide coaching in areas such as interpersonal communication, health and safety, workplace readiness, financial literacy, and independent living skills
• Offer support to participants engaged in career readiness, GED preparation, ESOL, parenting education, and other center-based activities
• Assist youth in identifying strengths, setting personal, educational, and career goals, and track their progress toward those goals
• Monitor developmental and life skills milestones relevant to older adolescents and young adults
