THE WORK

This role collaborates with senior engineers for the development of advanced data analytics solutions and agile development projects in support of a high‑visibility mission. It involves supporting the development of data analytics solutions and contributing to agile development projects.

Experience as a Software Engineer with knowledge in designing, developing, testing, and debugging software solutions, focusing on Linux and Unix operating systems. Strong familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, and analytic development.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience, with 7 years of professional experience; TS/SCI FSP required.

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Spring Boot and Java.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services deployed on AWS (e.g., ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Formation).
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with Dev Ops, frontend, and product teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems using Cloud Watch, Prometheus, or ELK.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
