Modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies. The Microservices Developer will be responsible for:

• Writing Java Spring Boot based microservice applications utilizing AWS native technologies
• Utilizing Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3
• Building REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects
• Implementing CI/CD principles utilizing Maven, Git Lab and Git Ops
• Agile development and delivery of software
• Communication and collaboration:
  Software development is a team-oriented discipline. Engineers need to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders.

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• 9 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience
• An active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last 5 years
