Sr. Capabilities Development Engineer – Clearance Required

We are a global technology leader in aerospace, defense, and security solutions.

• Support a high-priority, highly visible malware analysis modernization program.
• Develop new capabilities for the virtual malware containment enclave.
• Support the modernization of malware enrichment services.
• Provide systems engineering, software development, data science, and cloud development services for the Cyber Infrastructure Solutions customer.
• Enable the Data Transformation, Malware Analysis, and Cyber Threat Intelligence processing and sharing capabilities for the customer.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline with at least 20 years of software engineering experience, or 4 years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes.
• Experience with system design and developing large-scale, high-performance applications.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Message Broker Software (e.g., Rabbit
  
  MQ), and Java Application development with REST.
• Ability to mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and develop high-quality, efficient, and testable code.
• Ability to debug complex, system-wide issues.
• Experience with Atlassian tools, Git, and IDEs such as Intelli
  
  J or Eclipse.
• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Salary range (annual base): $150,800 - $265,880 (varies by location). Position is incentive plan eligible.

Work will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
