Junior Software Engineer

The Software Engineer (Level 0 SWE) develops, maintains, and enhances complex software systems used in analytics, large data processing, real‑time operations, and business management. The role involves reviewing, testing, and resolving software issues, inputting into system design, and leveraging commercial off‑the‑shelf solutions.

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Debug existing software and correct defects.
• Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards.
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features.
• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.
• Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or repositories.

• Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited institution, or four (4) years of additional software engineering experience on projects with similar processes to satisfy the degree requirement.

The salary range for this position is $55,000–$106,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and expertise.
