Mid-Level Software Engineer; Partial Telework

Glia Cell is seeking a Mid‑Level Software Engineer on one of our subcontracts. This is a full‑time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. The mission is to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission‑related software and systems for a large government contract.

• U.S. Citizenship
• Seven (7) years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, or four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Works well independently as well as on a team.
• Strong communication skills.

• AI/ML development or integration experience
• Terraform experience with AWS
• C++, Python, and/or Golang
• Experience with writing high‑performance / GPU‑enabled applications
• Experience with large‑scale streaming data analytic systems

Annapolis Junction, Maryland (Partial Telework of 16 hours per week is expected). Telework is granted after acclimation to duties and may be removed at any time.

The salary range for this full‑time position is $115,000 to $190,000. The range is determined by position, level, skills, professional experience, relevant education, and certifications. Your salary within this range is determined by your individual benefits package selection. Sign‑on bonus eligible.
