Responsibilities- Lead a team to design, develop, and test application software to fulfill unique requirements on Windows, Unix, or other specified platforms.
- Build applications using a specified programming language per the Government.
- Build graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for custom applications.
- Respond to evolving requirements in an agile environment.
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Experience and EducationRequires a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant programming experience in the field may be substituted for a total of 16 years. 12 years of relevant programming experience in the field (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering).
A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to 10 years of relevant experience. A PhD in a relevant discipline may be substituted for four (4) years of experience, reducing the requirement to eight (8) years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python
- Experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; or, Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open source build environments
- Experience in the design and development of end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools developed
- Ability to develop in Unix and/or Windows low-level internals (e.g., OS runtime linker/loader, object file formats (e.g., PE, COFF, ELF), file system internals (e.g., NTFS, ext2, btrfs), OS-specific mandatory and discretionary access control mechanisms, and process and thread APIs and data structures)

Expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $225,000 - $275,000.
