Senior Software Engineer Why This is an Exciting Role- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software solutions
- Provide technical leadership on high‑impact projects
- Facilitate alignment and clarity on goals, outcomes, and timelines
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
- Work closely with the Chief Engineer to define feature specifications and build products
- Conduct design and code reviews
- Work on problems of diverse scopes where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Complete medium to large features (each with many tasks) independently without guidance
- Identify and drive changes as needed for assigned codebase, product area, or systems

- We have current open positions on awarded programs across diverse customer sets and are anticipating upcoming contract awards with a 5‑year life cycle and an additional 5 option years

Required Education and Years of Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 14+ years of experience
- Four years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree
Required Qualifications
- An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Experience assisting with development & execution of test procedures for software components
- Experience with generating & reviewing software/technical documentation
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Experience with the following software development skills:
Git, Java, C++, and/or Python, Relational database such as Postgres
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, HAProxy, Nginx, Elastic Stack
Hybrid work authorized, up to 16 hours per week, depending on team and workload

Summary Pay Range$175,000 - $210,000
