Challenger Sports is looking for reliable, energetic and enthusiastic soccer coaches to fill roles in our British Soccer Academy and Tiny Tyke
s programs.

What is Tiny Tykes?

Tiny Tykes is a FUNdamental introduction to soccer for players aged 2‑6. Players learn basic skills through fun games and stories in weekly 45‑minute classes. The curriculum is designed by soccer experts and child‑development professionals.

Compensation

$15‑$25 per class, pay based on experience level. Classes are 45‑60 minutes each and usually run back to back. Bonus schemes are available.

  • Classes run Monday through Sunday, 45‑60 minutes each session, back to back.
  • Coaches receive uniforms, equipment, training, and a curriculum.
  • Offers flexible part‑time hours and a rewarding environment.
  • Classes typically at preschools and sports complexes.
  • Positions begin in October for an 8‑10 week block of sessions.
What is the British Soccer Academy?

Professional year‑round coaching for players and teams aged 5‑18.

Responsibilities
  • Mentor and support the organization and coaching staff.
  • Deliver in‑house coaches’ clinics and coach education.
  • Be a positive role model and provide clear, continual feedback to players, parents, and coaches.
  • Act as an ambassador of Challenger Sports.
Compensation

Coaches are paid weekly based on prior seasons worked as a trainer. Avg. 15‑30 hours per week of coaching, with 35 hours in‑office marketing maintenance.

Requirements
  • Criminal background check or willingness to begin application.
  • Up‑to‑date first aid knowledge.
  • Personable, highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Playing/coaching experience preferred.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization.
