HUB Supervisor

The HUB Supervisor role is a fast paced supervisory position in our hub store. This role oversees a team of order fillers and inventory specialists, pulling and assembling orders to be delivered within a 45‑minute window, coordinating shipping and receiving of merchandise, maintaining a dispatch log and customer database, and investigating customer complaints, lost or damaged merchandise, and shipping shortages.

• Select specific trucks for each route based on volume and equipment availability.
• Maintain daily dispatch log with start times, driver, route number, and required equipment.
• Maintain customer location and time‑window database as directed.
• Investigate customer complaints regarding lost or damaged merchandise or shortages.
• Schedule time to ride with drivers to evaluate delivery area and verify accuracy to ensure customer service standards.
• Perform routine filing and maintenance of records.
• Direct and coordinate activities of driving staff and third‑party driver service providers, route sales orders according to guidelines, and establish priorities and schedule deliveries consistent with customer service goals.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of merchandise.
• Assemble and fill customer orders for delivery within a 30‑ to 45‑minute window.
• Perform inventory and cycle counts.
• Handle store opening and closing duties.
• Handle cash, cash counts, and deposits.
• Stock and pull parts.
• Answer phones.
• Keep store and front counter clean.
• Maintain a clean warehouse and safe work environment.
• Inform management of issues related to warehouse and deliveries.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 to 2 years of warehouse experience or similar discipline.
• Fluent in English;
  Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers, peers, and management.
• Ability to learn delivery area and coordinate drivers’ deliveries.
• Knowledge of distribution and transportation industry.

• Reliable transportation to work; company vehicles are provided for deliveries.

• Typical 9‑hour day with walking, squatting and lifting; must work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Visual acuity to recognize letters, numbers and remember sequences.
• Must be on feet (stand and walk) for entire shift.
• Ability to bend or stoop to floor‑level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to 10 feet) with a stool or ladder if needed.
• Exposure to potential danger or hazards from operation of vehicles and equipment.
• Capability to move heavy objects with moving aids such as hand trucks, barrel dollies, hydraulic lifts, etc.

Compensation Range: $67,600.00 – $79,400.00 USD for a new team member, depending on location, experience, education, leadership roles, and shift differential.
