Overview

Domino’s Pizza is hiring drivers to deliver our popular pizza to families across the country. We offer a flexible schedule that allows you to balance work with school, other jobs, or personal commitments.

We’re growing fast and need qualified drivers at stores in your area. The role offers opportunities for growth, from driver to management, and ultimately to franchise ownership.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Strong navigation skills: reading maps, locating addresses within a designated delivery area, and navigating multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.
• Ability to load and unload cases weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area, making several deliveries per shift.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Maintain accurate monetary transactions, including correct change.
• Navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings while carrying product.

Orientation and on‑the‑job training are provided. There are many opportunities for advancement, including management, franchise ownership, and corporate positions.

• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements quickly.
• Typing on a keyboard or touch screen.
• Depth perception; hearing and vision capabilities appropriate for customer service and delivery work.

Work involves standing, walking, and occasional sitting. Tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying various loads (3–30 pounds), pushing carts, and climbing stairs or ladders. Exposure to varying weather conditions, temperatures ranging from 36 °F to 90 °F+, fumes, cornmeal dust, and sharp edges may occur. The schedule requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
